اجتماع  الوفد الممثل لمجلس تمكين لحقوق الانسان يوم الاحد بتاريخ ١٠/٩/٢٠٢٣مع لجنة  حقوق الإنسان النيابيةفي مجلس النواب  برئاسة النائب أرشد الصالحي وحضور النائبتين زينب الموسوي ونيسان الزاير  حيث ضم الوفد المنظمات  ادناه : 

-المركز المركز العراقي لتأهيل المرأه وتشغيلها من  بغداد  
منظمة جود  الانسانية للتنمية والاعمار   من الموصل 
 مؤسسة معا لحياه افضل للتنميه البشريه والمجتمعيه من بابل 
وناقشت اللجنة أثناء الاستضافة بمقرها في مبنى مجلس النواب سبل التعاون مع المنظمات المدنية في مجال تشريع القوانين المعنية بحقوق الانسان . 

وأستعرضت السيدة جنان مبارك رئيس المجلس اهم نشاطات المركز العراقي لتاهيل المراة وتشغيلها  في مجال دعم المرأة لاسيما الأرامل والمعنفات والمصابات بأمراض مستعصية العيادة النفسية والقانونية لدى المركز    والتمكين الاقتصادي وتخريج الاف من النساء في المجالين الاقتصادي والثقافي وعمل ١٩ سنة السابقة مبينة أن المجلس  يضم ما يقارب ١٠ منظمات من المجتمع المدني ومن محافظات بغداد والموصل والبصرة والديوانية وبابل والناصرية وكركوك واربيل حبث احصت كل من المنظمات الثلاث عن انجازات منظماتها .

 وفي نهاية اللقاء تم الاتفاق على عقد مذكرة تفاهم وتزويد اللجنة برصد بالانتهاكات التي تحدث وعقد ورش عمل لانضاج القوانين المعنية بحقوق الإنسان.

The delegation representing (Tamkeen) Council for Human Rights met on Sunday, September 10, 2023, with the Parliamentary Human Rights Committee in the  building of Iraqi parliament ,  The meeting headed by Representative Arshad Al-Salhi and in the presence of Representatives Zainab Al-Moussawi and Nissan Al-Zayer, where the delegation included the following organizations:

 founder of the council  
-The Iraqi Center for Women Rehabilitation and Employment from    
Joud Humanitarian Organization for Development and Reconstruction from Mosul
 Together for a Better Life Foundation for human and societal development from Babylon
During the hosting at its headquarters in the House of Representatives building, the committee discussed ways to cooperate with civil organizations in the field of legislating laws related to human rights.Mrs. Jinan Mubarak, President of the Council, reviewed the most important activities of the Iraqi Center for the Rehabilitation and Employment of Women in the field of supporting women, especially widows, abused women, and those suffering from incurable diseases, the psychological and legal clinic at the Center, economic empowerment, the graduation of thousands of women in the economic and cultural fields, and the work of the past 19 years, indicating that the Council includes approximately 10  additional organizations. From civil society and from the governorates of Baghdad, Mosul, Basra, Diwaniyah, Babylon, Thi qar, Kirkuk, and Erbil, each of the three organizations reported on the achievements of their organizations.
 At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to conclude a memorandum of understanding, provide the committee with monitoring of the violations that occur, and hold workshops to mature laws related to human rights.
