The administrative structure or administration board consists of five persons who have the characteristics of leadership as well as decision-making capacity. يتكون الهيكل الإداري أو مجلس الإدارة من خمسة أشخاص يتمتعون بخصائص القيادة وكذلك القدرة على اتخاذ القرار. هذا يؤهلهم لتطوير استراتيجيات طويلة وقصيرة المدى للمركز. كما أنهم على اتصال بالمدير التنفيذي ليكونوا على دراية بالأداء بالإضافة إلى القيود وكيفية التغلب عليها. يجتمع مجلس الإدارة مرة في الشهر وأحياناً أقل حسب متطلبات العمل المدير التنفيذي المسؤول عنها
